How long does my order take to ship?

Packing the order can take anywhere between 1-2 days. However, once your order has been shipped it could take anywhere between 5-10 business days depending on your location, holidays, weather, and delivery delays. Once we pass your order over to the shipping company, it is outside of 240 Life & Styles control but you will be provided with a tracking number where you can access updates on your delivery and contact the courier company for any concerns.

Do you offer international shipping? 

At the moment we do not. We are currently only shipping within Canada and the US. However, we do hope to ship internationally in the future.

What is your return policy? 

We have a 15-day return policy. Once these 15 days have passed, your order will no longer be eligible for a return. These items must be unused and in it’s original packaging for them to be accepted. Items that are delivered with a damaged or incorrect order are to be brought to our attention as soon as possible so we can do our best to resolve the situation. You can contact us at info@240lifestyle.co for any returns or item concerns. If the request for a return fits these guidelines, you will be emailed a return label. Once the return is received back to us for inspection you will receive a full refund back. Please note that this may take a few days for your bank to process. If it is not visible after a 10-day period please contact us again. Returns will not be accepted for sale items.

Do you deal with exchanges?

In order to exchange an item you will need to return your order within the 15-day policy and re-purchase the products you wish to exchange it for.

Do you provide a pick-up option?

Yes! We do provide a pick-up option for Toronto and Muskoka. If you select the pick-up option you will receive an email when your order is ready and the dates/time frame it will be available for pick-up. Note that holidays and store closure could effect these dates/times. Toronto pick-up location will typically be ready within a 3-4 day period. Muskoka location will be available every other or every two weekends depending on order demand. If you have any questions or concerns please contact us.
